Terms and Conditions

In order to hire the caravan for any period you must adhere to the terms and conditions listed below. We must also have received a printed and signed copy of these terms before the booking can be confirmed.

  1. A £50 non-refundable retainer is required within 7 days of booking and the remaining balance needs to be paid no less than 56 days prior to the booking start date. In the event of a late booking (within 56 days) full payment is required. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received, then the total hire charge will be payable. This remains entirely at the discretion of the caravan owner and the option of changing your holiday dates may be available subject to availability.
  2. The caravan will be available to the occupant/s during the period shown on the confirmation letter received from the caravan owner.
  3. The caravan is a 8 birth (includes pullout double bed sette) only and at no time should this limit be exceeded.
  4. For hygiene reasons, NO PETS allowed.
  5. No adult all male, all female and mixed groups allowed (eg. stag & hen party's).
  6. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the caravan. However smoking is permitted on the outside area and the grass area. Please discard cigarettes carefully and respect your neighbours at all times.
  7. The Hirer must be at least 18 Years of age and stronger age limits may be required at the caravan owners discretion.
  8. The maximum hire period allowed is 28 days.
  9. The area surrounding the hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
  10. Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided, at no time are they to be dried over heaters. Clothes lines are not to be erected.
  11. No out buildings / tent’s etc are to be erected within the caravan grounds. If you have any special requirements they should be discussed with the caravan owner before booking.
  12. You must abide by Unity Park T&C and code of conduct at all times.
  13. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupants at all times.
  14. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park.
  15. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.
  16. The use of barbecues is permitted; however, please keep it well away from the caravan and place on the patio or grassy area. A barbecue is not provided.
  17. Do not disarm smoke alarms.
  18. All electrical and domestic goods, must be switched off upon leaving the van.
  19. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property including motor vehicles whether malicious or accidental during your stay.
  20. Personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday and, if required, remains the responsibility of the occupants and we will not be held liable for personal injuries.
  21. Ball games are stricktly not permitted in areas between and around the accomodation.
  22. You must leave the caravan in a reasonable clean condition on your departure.
  23. The caravan owner reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time if there terms & conditions are not being adhered to.
  24. You will be held liable for the total cost of any willfull damage and/or vandalism to the caravan, surrounding area and contents during your stay. In the event of any damage, you must contact us as soon as possible and before your departure date.

There is a £50 bond which is payable in addition to the cost of your stay with us, which will be refunded in full within 14days of your departure date, providing the caravan has been left in a clean and undamaged condition.
